Update - What's in my bag?

 The purse that i'm currently using is the Michael Kors large Greyson satchel. I've been lusting for this handbag for a very long time and i finally got my hands on it. I spend a good 20 minutes deciding between this color and the brown one, and finally making up my mind to get the Vanilla. It's a beautiful creamy color that looks really summery and goes with any outfit anytime. 

Here's some information about the bag itself:

 Satchels are probably my favorite style of bags and this is my baby right now. The leather feel and beautiful spacious inside made me fall in love quickly. It has tons of space and various pocket room where you can store anything you want. One downside about a bigger bag is the possibility of overfilling it with unnecessary things, but then it wouldn't be a girls world would it (LOL). My dad likes to call my bag "the luggage'', and it has the tendency to feel like that sometimes but it's my favorite bag in the world. So with that said, here's everything spread out. 

(from left to right, in no order)

Keys - these are my house keys with a bunch of keychains. They feel so heavy i dont know why i carry so much LOL

Pens and Pencils - i dont understand why i need all of them but i carry it anyway

Post - it notes - in case i need to write things down to remember

Aruba Coconut lotion - this is my current go-to lotion. It's so summery and coconuty i love it 

SG Salon Grafix mini hairspray - every girl should have this handy for wild hair 

Axe mens body spray - my brothers gave this mini sized one, knowing i carry everything in my purse, they thought this would just add to it - so thoughtful LOL!

Perfume samples - One is my favorite Lolita Lempicka perfume and the other is the Justin Bieber - love them both.

Mini highlighter - its just too cute

Mini stapler - no purpose for this again but oh well hah

Floss - this is just necessary 

Tide To-Go - haven't used it too much but it totally works!

Hand sanitizer Strawberry - smells so good and has little sparkles!

Blue travel size container - i put some coconut body spray in it because i just love the smell

Scope - i should get rid of this and just carry gum lol

Kleenex tissues 

Wet ones 

Little coin purse - i keep first aid things in there like band- aids and neosporin 

Blue brush/mirror compact

Juicy Couture box - this is my current makeup bag i carry with me

Pandora catalog - since i started working there, i like to carry a catalog with me, not sure why exactly LOL

My little pharmacy - i keep advil, tylenol and midol in here

Coach wallet 

In my makeup bag i carry possibly too many things that i don't really use. I don't tend to touch-up much of my makeup throughout the day, but i carry it all for "just in case" moments. It's just a little of everything that i would use if i was stuck somewhere for a day and i needed to completely re-fresh and beautify a messy face, i would have the necessary tools for that. Plus how can i not use the cutest Juicy Couture box, which came in a set when i got my perfume a little while back. I will write a separate post on what i carry in my makeup bag.

But that's pretty much all i carry in my "luggage". It's just basic things that i like to carry with me, most for just in case purpose. Best part - they all fit!

Tag: What's in my bag??

Ok so i thought it was time for an update post of "What's in my bag?". The last one i did was back in 2010. I don't think much has changed since LOL! I generally carry the same type of 1034567 items even if they do change a little bit. You can check out the past post HERE.

Lately i've really been loving the messenger type of bags. They're so much easier to carry around rather than having a mini luggage on one shoulder. The one that i have right now is this Prada bag, which i've had for the longest time but never wore it across my body till recently. It has an adjustable strap but always had it short so i can wear it like a regular bag. Also, in case anyone will mention this, it's obviously not an authentic Prada bag. I got it from a purse party that my aunt hosted a bunch of years ago. A purse is a purse no matter if it's real or fake, as long as it does what it's meant to do i love it. 

Ok so with that said here's what the inside kinda looks like...

Making this post and taking the pictures made me realize how much stuff i carry with me all the time LOL. I seriously tried to take out of the things in here so i can make things a bit lighter for me but there's no chance of me letting go of my "just in case" stuff. So here's everything dumped out neatly.

- Wallet: it pretty much carries all the cards and receipts that i need to just have with me

- Coach Wristlet: I keep my liscence and credit card in here. In case i need to go somewhere quick and don't wanna carry my whole bag with me, i just grab this with me.

- Makeup Bag (details bellow)

- House keys and a pound of keychains 

- Small brush/mirror

- Post it notes

- Coupons for Target

- Flash drive (don't ask haha)

- Scope (for fresh breath) LOL

- Tide To-Go: this stuff actually works. Saved a white shirt once when i spilled a little coffee on it. I was very excited that it actually removed the stain in like 15 minutes.

- Highlighter and Pen: in case i need to highlight something? I have an obsession with carrying highlighters with me in any/every bag i own haha

- Pink/Blue travel size spray bottles: I filled them up with two of my favorite body mists so i can have it on the to go in case i forget to spray it on or if the smell goes away 

- Apple Citrus body lotion: love the smell of this!

- First aid kit: just in case lol i have band-aids and a neosporin in there haha

- GNC pill holder: my mom calls this my mini pharmacy LOL! It has different compartments so i can carry different pills without having them mix. I have midol and advil in there.

- Q-tips: i honestly don't know in what case i would be needing these haha but "just in case". I really loved the packaging to be honest LOL!

- Puffs tissues and Wet Ones 

- My iTouch with the cute sock LOL

I honestly have NO idea how all this fits in the bag but it does haha. My brother told me if i had to take a random trip without stopping home to pack, he thinks i would be good for a while since all i need is in the bag... i think i agree...

Makeup Bag

If the content in the whole bag wasn't enough, the makeup bag itself has a bunch of nonsense that i carry with me at all time... you know... just in case LOL

Ok so that's pretty much all i have in my bag. I think it's plenty don't you think? haha I always like to be prepared and have everything. There isn't one item that i didn't make use of at whatever occasion. I always have everything that's needed and everyone that knows me knows that LOL. My family and best friend always pick on me for carrying soooo much with me but anytime they ask for a band-aid, gloss, nail file or a pen, im sure to have it. I love it haha

Fashion: Current favorite summer bag!

Ever went shopping in your mom's closet?!

I did that a few days ago and i stumbled upon the cutest summer bag ever! I have no idea where she's been hiding it all these years and why. She's had it for quite some time now but it looks as good as new, since it was never worn. So i decided to take it in my custody and make good use of it lol
It's a gorgeous Coach bag with a mix of paper straw and pink leather. I love the combination of colors and how girly and summery it looks. You can wear it on your shoulder or carry it in your arm. It's medium sized, but it fits more than you think.

What's in my purse?

Finally! I got around to making this post lol I always love when i see posts about purse content. It's so much fun and interesting to see what people carry with them. Although i dont find what's in my purse interesting, maybe you will?

Here's the purse i use at the moment. It's very wintery looking because of the fur around it. I love it. Its a medium size Maxximum purse and i believe i got it from Aldo a long time ago. I'm in need of a new bag really badly but this will do for now

Here's everything that's inside

1) My makeup bag
2) Fancy pen from Borders lol i like to carry a pen with me. You never know when you might need it
3) My keys and too many keychains
4) Hair clip for when i need to put up my hair or just get it out of the way
5) Puffs tissues! Love these... yes i do have a preferance when it comes to tissues lol
6) Cottonelle Fresh wet wipes
7) People laugh at me for this one.. My first aid kit lol I have in it band-aids, a tube of neosporin and some cleansing wipes for first aid. Its handy believe me lol
8) My mini pharmacy lol I have some tylenol, advil, midol and vitamin.
9) Tide to-go pen.. i haven't used this yet for anything but i feel cool having it with me (LOL!)
10) Britney Spears Fantasy lotion.. i love how this smells so i always have to have it with me
11) My iPod!
12) My wallet that fits all my cards ...i belive its a Guess

And now for the real goodies...my makeup bag!

I have everything in this silver Stila clutch...
1) "Elizabeth Arden" tiny palette with two eyeshadows, two lip colors and gorgeous blush. It came with a set once but im not sure exactly. It's great if i need a touch-up
2) Nail files, in case of nail accidents
3) Compact mirror/brush
4) Mac sample container and in it i have my Juicy Couture lotion lol instead of carrying that huge jar i just put a little in this sample container
5) Sephora tweezers
6) Nail clippers ...its just good to have one
7) My mini brushes (face and eyes)
8) Minty waxed floss ...i usually dont use this but i have to be prepared anyway lol
9) Purell hand sanitizer .. i like to keep my hands clean
10) Burts bees lip balm .. i love this stuff i have like 3 of them lol
11) Revlon lipgloss in "Pink Whisper" .. my to-go lipgloss
12) Revlon lipstick in "Smooth Nude" ...love this lipstick!
13) C.O. Bigelow "Raspberry mentha lip shine" ..perfect shine and amazing fresh smell/taste
14) Beauty Rush lipgloss ...yummy bubblegum lips
15) Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencil in "Zero"...look how tiny it is! lol

I forgot to take picture of what's in my sides pockets but it's usually a pack of Orbit gum and about three sugar packets i keep for when im with my dad because he's a diabetic.
